Healing breath technique
This technique is ideal for lower back releasing.
Above is the raised arm post position in semi horse stance. Arm position suitable for more general exercise only.
Placement
Place the breath into the lower back or injury site.
Place the hands onto the lower back or injury site.
Tuck posture – releasing pressure
Standing Breath Meditation
Stand on Post… knees off lock in Tai Chi starting position.
Place hands in holding bowl position – dan tien or heart chakra or on injury site.
Stomach breath and allow warmth to cultivate the chi.
Tuck the tail bone and hips under, taking pressure off the lower spine and discs.
when flowing energy into hands relax lower back and place hands over the site of pain – allow hands to find position.
Breathing in through nose – (Nourish)
Pause – placing breath (Heal/Absorb)
Controlled exhale through mouth (Clear)
Pause – (Rest)
Breathing in through nose – (Nourish)
Pause – placing breath (Heal/Absorb)
Controlled exhale through mouth (Clear)
Pause – (Rest)
continue… for 3-5 minutes for first session (session 1-5)
– increase or decrease with senses

Complete 3 circle hands
– relax shoulders and shake out wrists
